Molskroen has always been known for its focus on excellent gastronomy and indulgence. This is still the case today. Since 2016, the head chef Steffen Villadsen has been in charge of the gastronomy vision, with focus on excellent gourmet menus and guest service as well as sustainability in all processes. Molskroen has a Green Clover Michelin Star and is honores in the nordic guide 260Eatguide for the Best Seafood Restaurant in 2020.
The gourmet restaurant has a great view to the sea and the gardens, decorated with stylish Danish design furniture and with this historic atmosphere. Molskroen was built in1923, and was modernised completely in 2014 maintaining all details in the original architecture.
Molskroen expanded in 2014 with Molskroen Strand Hotel, only 100 metres from Molskroen, with 29 new rooms with modern comfort, panorama seaview and a large outdoor terrace. The style is warm and relaxed and the hotel also offers a suberb casual dining experience at the Molskroen Brasserie.
At the Molskroen Brasserie the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy for both lunch and evening dining, also great for family dining.
