Main: Roasted beef with seasonable vegetables and creamy tarragon sauce.
Dessert: Chocolate mousse with baked white chocolate, berry purée and sorbet.

Sparkling wine and snacks.
Starter: Lightly cooked flounder filet with soured cream, salad and herbs.
Side dish: Ravioli with veal and foaming tomato/rosemary sauce.
Main: Roasted tenderloin with truffle sauce, pickled pearl onions and seasonable vegetables.
Dessert: Dark chocolate with crème fraiche 38%, vanilla and ice cream.
Evening Snack: An array of cheese and sausages.

Buffet Starters:
Cod with avocado crème, fennel salad and crispy seeds.
Beef Terrine with mustard-mayonnaise, pickled roots and salad.
Smoked cockerel with a compote of vegetables and cress.

Mains:
Grilled leg of lamb with garlic, rosemary and potato salad.
Roasted, barbeque marinated pork neck fillet with corncobs and cabbage.
Choose either sauce Béarnaise, creamy herb sauce or red wine-sauce.

Desserts:
Rhubarb Trifle.
Confectionery cake with cream and berries.
